Meet "Melissa "Honey Bee" Seureau

• Named one of REALTOR Magazine’s ’30 Under 30’, Melissa “Honey Bee” Seureau is proud to call Cypress home. Broker Associate with RE/MAX Realty Center in Cypress, Honey Bee began her career with RE/MAX in 2000 at the age of 17. Her passion for helping people had a huge effect on her decision to become a Realtor. As a licensed real estate broker, Melissa has worked for 2 of Houston's top producing RE/MAX Realtors and has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal’s Top 25 Teams. She now is the proud leader of her own RE/MAX team, The Honey Bee Team, and is busy as a bee buzzin’ around Northwest Houston. A sixth generation Texan, Melissa has a vast knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas, assisting each client with the decision of where to purchase their new home.
• Melissa was instrumental in procuring Country Singer LeAnn Rimes to help raise funds for the Texas Children’s Hospital, in conjunction with RE/MAX of Texas. As the spokesperson for Hurricane Safe Rooms, Melissa has worked with FEMA, enabling a $2.5 million grant for residents of Harris County. Her community spirit spills over into her career reflected in her work with assisting Texas Heroes, Firefighters, Police Officers and Teachers get into homes of their own.
• It’s not just Melissa’s professional experience that gives her the edge as a Realtor. Melissa’s civic involvement has taught her to be a true team player and has provided her with a remarkable network of contacts and resources. She is currently involved with The Children’s Miracle Network, Locks of Love, and Susan G. Kumon. She is also a graduate of Cy-Fair ISD. When Melissa isn’t on the road with clients or volunteering her time and energy to help others, she enjoys traveling the globe, concerts, yard work and spending time with her family.
